The Bay Ridge community located in Brooklyn has positive and negative impacts in the area. During my walk around the community I was by the Gowanus express way, and seen construction work. There is graffiti on the express way. The graffiti is negative, but the construction going in the morning to fix and keep the express way secure. I believe this is positive because the construction workers are taking their time to keep the community fix. If you keep walking to 67 St their is lots of trash on the floor which is a negative affect to the community because the community will look dirty bring rats to the bay ridge community, and floods when it rains because the trash clogs up the water drains. This should be fix since the area is next to a welfare center, school property, and also keep the environment clean.
